Clear Balloon Bubble - 24 inch
Bubble balloons are made from a stretchy plastic and look more rounded like a beach ball than standard foil balloons.
Supplied uninflated but can be filled with air or helium - we would recommend helium.
They are normally used in combination with other balloons in a display as the addition of an internal balloon makes for a better method of tying off the balloon neck.
Will be supplied inflated when ordered as part of a display from the Party Boutique Shop
